Always read the full contract, if there is ANY part you do not understand or are unsure of, obtain indepentent advice. Be wary of blank sections, which can, unknown to you be filled in later. These should be crossed out and initialled and dated by both parties.

Always obtain a copy of the contract . If this is a photocopy which has been made out of your presence, double check the details with the original.

On completion file away safely encase needed at some future date.
