Style and appearance will often be the first impression people will make of your business. Yes it's nice to save a few pennies and make your own business cards and letter heads, but this could be folly in the long term. The image you need to portray must be professional in all marketing matters. Spend a little money and have those letter heads and business cards professionally printed and consistent in style color and logo.

Always when answering the phone to clients, be polite and well spoken and where possible try to answer as many questions as possible.

How you portray yourself to  others will be a reflection on you and you company, make their first impression of you a good one.
